CF log 29/12/14 (M)

First time trying out the 7:30pm class because…. work :( I felt weak :P

Strength/skill

4 x 3 complex: 1 snatch balance, 2 OH squat [1x 24.1kg, 3x 28.6kg]
7-min EMOM 5 p snatch [2x 28.6kg, 5x 31.1kg]

WOD

5 rounds –
15 6″ burpees
20 wall balls

Took 19+ min for this :O

Damn shag after everything, plus shoulders were really feeling the ache ><
