Was kinda disappointed when I couldn’t get the 51.8kg jerk after I completed the cleans :( That’s why I stayed at the 49.3kg weight (which is probably already at least my 90% for jerks :S). Actually even the 49.3kg was not thaat nice today. Bleah.
4 x 3 snatch balance [37.7kg, 40.2kg, 42.7kg, 45.2kg] – felt pretty stable!
4 x 3 high pull (according to coach, supposed to use lats!) [2x 42.7kg, 2x 45.2kg]
