CF log 05/08/15 (Wed)

Went for the later CF sesh today cos had to stay back at work D:

Warm-up

3 x 1-min HS hold

Strength/skill

Pause (3-sec) front squat
1 x 3 @ 70% [56.3kg]
1 x 3 @ 75% [60.4kg]
2 x 3 @ 80% [65.4kg]
1 x 3 @ 85% [65.4kg]

Needed assistance for last reps of all the 65kg-ish weight, that’s why I stuck to that same weight for both the 80% and 85% sets. Well… guess that definitely wasn’t my 80/85% weight! Hahaha.

WOD

20 hang squat snatch

Finished in 24:23. Took quite a bit of short rests during the WOD :P Really quite tiring compared to the past two evenings!
