Monday blues swept away by a session at hub, and gossiping with Belle (and for a short while, Samson) over dinner hahaha.

Strength/skill

7 x 1 pause (3-sec at knee) snatch [37.7kg, 2x 40.2kg, 42.7kg, 45.2kg, 2x 46.8kg]

Missed one of the 40.2kg ones but no time to add an additional snatch at the end. Had to move on to the next exercise!

4 x {3 push jerk + 2 jerk-grip OHS} [33.6kg, 40kg, 42.5kg, 45kg]

WOD

10-min AMRAP –
50 burpees
50 thrusters [(45#)] – did 1 round, finished with 15 burpees

Rest 1 minute

5-min AMRAP
20 burpees
20 thrusters – did 1 round, finished with 17 thrusters (started thrusters first)
