First round of EMOM I did so many snatches cos first I forgot it was from high hang, then I did power instead of squat snatches, before I finally did the right thing. I already did 3 hang snatches when coach was shouting “squat snatch!”. I was like shiiit. Think at the end I snatched like 7 times in that minute -.-
