A day before doing the CF team series week 2 events.
12-min (for each exercise) to establish –
a) 3RM front squat [69.4kg]
b) 1RM C&J [did squat clean, split jerk; 55.8kg]
5 rounds –
24 jumping air squat
6 clean & thruster aka. “cluster” (105#) [95#]
Took slightly more than 21 min. Though I did a lighter weight for the clusters, it was still kinda tiring! I think cos there are so many jumping air squats in this too haha. Not my kinda wod at all >< esp since there are thrusters :P
