Shoulders/lats so achy and it’s all to do with snatches today :O Seriously, idk why I’m just so achy these days. It’s been a while since I went to box and felt like I’m not achy at all :P

Warm-up

With empty bar (15kg) –
5 x 3
Muscle snatch
Sott’s press
Snatch balance

Strength/skill

12-min (each) to establish –
1 RM OHS [53.8kg]
1 RM snatch [51.8kg]

FINALLY can do 35# with 2.5kg on each side for snatch! I was stuck at 35# with 1.25kg (49.3kg) for quite a whileee >< Didn’t hit my last PR for OHS (56.8kg) though.. but ok, quite satisfied with snatch anw :)

WOD

20-min time cap –
40 burpees
30 snatches [(45#)]
30 burpees
30 snatches [(75#)]

Finished in 19:45 :O I thought this was gonna be ok, but all the full snatches were tiring! Could even feel it for the 45# one >< LEGSSS. Must be stronger :/
