CNY wod!! :D
(written under “strength” section of the wod but it’s not strength la hahaha :P
Too many exercises I’m lazy to type them all out. Movements have been modified from last year. e.g. no deadlifts this year. (2015’s CNY wod here)
Anyway, finished in 41:39! The 95# thrusters were killer for me T_T Chionged off after wod so no pics with people and the wod/after-class socialising like last year hahaha.
