No idea how long I took but defo more than 20min haha. And we spent time waiting for the rope too. Still managed to finish before 1-hr class was up! :D I think the KB swings were the worst… cos quite heavy >< Rope climbs were prolly harder than they were sposed to be cos arms already so tired by KB swings hahaha :P
