Strength day. Warm up was the usual assault bike (150-cal) and run routine.
EMOM back squats
0:00 – 5:00 5 reps [64.9kg]
5:00 – 10:00 3 reps [74kg]
10:00 – 15:00 1 rep [78.5kg, 4x 87.6kg]
Bench press [33.6kg worked up to 46.8kg]
Deadlift [74kg worked up to 91.5kg]
So lazy to type in all the intermediate weights nowadays lollol :P
