10:00 EMOM 1 squat clean + jerk
[37.7kg worked to 2x 60.8kg]
Tried 63.3kg on the last set but missed the jerk :( Was doing split jerks.
4 rounds –
10 clusters [(95#)]
10 ring dips
10 bar burpees
I took like half an hour or so but still did not complete it :/ It was already 8.10am. I had 10 ring dips left… Previous ring dips were done strict and banded 50-50 (so for each round I did like 5 strict 5 banded haha), clusters were shaaaggg. Terrible wod ><
