Strength day. Finally one after 2 weeks! (Cos somehow we didn’t have one last week)

Warm-up

10-1 burpee pull-ups

Strength

EMOM back squats –
5:00 5 reps [64.9kg]
5:00 3 reps [74kg]
5:00 1 rep [2x 83kg, 3x 88kg]

6-5-4-3-2-1
Bench press [33.6kg worked to 46.8kg]
Deadlift [69.4kg worked to  97.6kg]

Deadlifts are always soooo close to 100kg but not there yet >< I think I can just give up on it already hahaha. I tried to add just another 2.5kg to the bar but I just couldn’t pick it up anymore D:
