5:00 1 rep 78.5kg, 2x 83.5kg, 2x 86kg
Bench press [33.6kg work to 46.8kg]
Deadlift [64.9kg worked to 98kg]
I thought I hit 100kg for deadlift! But apparently not T_T OH WELL. Anw I still PR-ed by a teeny insignificant bit lollol.
