5 x 3 paused front squat [46.8kg worked to 2x 65.8kg]

Actually still not very heavy, but it felt like such a struggle already. Really need to do something about my front squats (but I’m not doing anything……).

10:00 EMOM 1 power C&J [46.8kg worked to 2x 63.3kg]

WOD

5 rounds “Cindy” (i.e. 5 pull ups, 10 push ups, 15 air squats)
15 hang power snatch [(95#)]
5 rounds “Cindy”

Prolly took max 20min? Managed to string 2-3 of the hang power snatches each time yay :)
