15 narrow grip OHS
10 ring dips

Ring dips did 4-5 banded ones for each round… I only did 3 rounds though :P But 4 rounds for OHS. Partly cos I was slow; almost everyone was moving onto the wod already while I still had my last 10 ring dips… and partly cos I chaokeng; gotta admit ><

It was really tiring the wall balls >< Heavy ones today. Still manageable, just slowww haha.

Didn’t have to rush off to work today.. cos clearing leave again xD
