Thankfully it was not the most torturous wod today.

Strength/skill

4 rounds –
10 OHS [15kg, 2x 24.1kg, 33.6kg]
10 ring rows
10 TTB
10 ring dips

7 x 1 power snatch from above knee [33.6kg worked to 2x 46.8kg]

WOD

5 rounds –
20 barbell front rack step-ups [(55#, 18″ box)]
12 hang power snatch [(55#)]

Took 25-26 min.
