No strength/skill portion today. Just a pretty long wod.

10-1 thrusters (50 kg) [105#/46.8kg]
After each round, one round of “Cindy” (i.e. 5 pull ups, 10 push ups, 15 air squats)

Took about 36:30. Strung ~2-3 thrusters each time.
