10:00 EMOM power snatch [37.7kg worked to 46.8kg]

I actually tried 49.3kg for the last 2 min but they became like full squat snatches :/ So my last 2 successful attempts were at 46.8kg.

5 x 3 snatch high pull from above knee [2x 46.8kg, 3x 49.3kg]

WOD

3:00 each ME – DU, wall balls [6kg], KB swings [(16kg)]
1:00 rest after each exercise
2:00 each ME – DU, wall balls [6kg], KB swings [(16kg)]
1:00 rest after each exercise
1:00 each ME – DU, wall balls [6kg], KB swings [(16kg)]
1:00 rest after each exercise

Prolly did a total of about 130-140 DUs (quite cui haha; DUs felt quite bad today :P), and 110+ each of wall balls and KB swings. I remember doing similar number of reps for both those exercises haha.

After class, got offered stroopwaffle and choc cake from coach. I usually don’t really feel hungry/like eating after working out though haha. But still ate it anyway. Sweets for breakfast xD
