Somehow this week seems to pass quite quickly, and I’m happy!
We did 3km row in pairs (each one 1.5km) as warm-up.
5 sets –
1 push press + 2 push jerk + 3 split jerk [37.7kg]
5 rounds –
5 jumping bar MU (rx: 5 MUs)
10 deadlifts [(185#)]
Took pretty long~ Finished like 5-10min after class was over hahaha. Deadlifts were really heavy to me >< And MUs took some time too… :P
