Back squats –
1 x 10 @ 60% [60.8kg]
1 x 8 @ 65% [64.9kg]
1 x 6 @ 70% [69.9kg]
1 x 4 @ 75% [74kg]

WOD

3 rounds –
15 power snatch [(65#)]
15 burpees
20 OH lunges (10R,10L) [(65#)]

Finished in 17-18min. Anny was damn fast for this! :O My arms/lats/shoulders were burning from the snatches and while holding the bar OH for the lunges ><
