5 x 3 push jerk [2x 46.8kg, 51.8kg, 2x 55.8kg]

WOD

30:00 EMOM (rotate across 3 movements) –
5 push press [(95#)]
5 SDLHP
5 burpees

I thought it was not that bad :P Had quite a lot of rest cos usually finished within 30sec haha.
