1 x 5 front squat [60.4kg]
3 x 4 front squat [2x 65.4kg, 69.4kg]

Effects of muscle ache/fatigue. Used the same weight for lower reps of fs today lol.

4 x 4:00 – 100 DUs, 3 squat snatch [2x 37.7kg, 2x 42.7kg]

Did DUs for 2:00 then spent the remaining time doing snatches and resting. Within the 2:00 allowance, only managed 80-85 DUs each round :P Always 50 the first minute and die the next ><
