7am strength day.

10-1 burpee pull-ups as warm up again D:

Back squats –
5 reps [2x 60.8kg, 3x 65.8kg]
3 reps [69.4kg, 4x 74.4kg]
1 rep [78.5kg to 88.5kg] – can’t remember if I did 1 or 2 reps for 88.5kg

7 x 3 @ 80-90%
Deadlift [3x 83.5kg, 4x 88.5kg]
Bench press [42.7kg] – only did 6 sets cos had to rush off for school :(
