Strength day. Somehow felt so torturous and tiring today?!
Warm-up was 10-1 burpee pull-ups. My least favourite warm-up for strength day ><

5:00 5 reps [60.8kg, 4x 64.9kg]
5:00 3 reps [78.5kg, 4x 74kg] – 78kg was too heavy! :P
5:00 1 rep [2x 78.5kg, 83.5kg, 2x 87.6kg]
Bench press [33.6kg, 37.7kg, 40.2kg, 42.7kg, 46.8kg, 49.3kg]
Deadlift [69.4kg, 78.5kg, 87.6kg, 3x 92.6kg]
2nd rep of 46.8kg assisted and I couldn’t really do the 49.3kg one lol :P Deadlift felt super heavy, hence I stayed the weight for the last 3 sets hahaha. I even missed the last rep lol.
