3 (squat) cleans + 1 jerk [42.7kg to 59.3kg]

I did split jerks (it’s been a while haha).

5 x 4 front squat [55.8kg to 74.4kg]

WOD

6 rounds –
3 hang squat cleans + 1 push press [(105#)]
3 low hang (below knee) squat cleans + 1 push jerk
3 squat cleans + 1 split jerk
