1 x 4 @ 75% [40.2kg]
2 x 4 @ 80% [42.7kg]

3 x 4 snatch high pull (from hang) [46.8kg, 2x 51.8kg]

4 x 5 back squats [60.4kg, 65.4kg, 69.4kg, 74.4kg]

WOD

10 push jerks [(85#)]
10 push ups

Repeat wod >< But it felt much more tiring today…. must be cos our bar was slightly heavier? :P 35kg the last time, but 37.7kg this time hahaha. I had to break up my jerks towards the last few rounds.
