4 pull ups + 4 ring dips (rx: 4 MUs)
7 HSPU
12 DB snatches (6L,6R) [(20kg)]

It looks like so little reps each round but it was super shag D: I think I took about 50min LOL. Yes, exceeded 8am end of class hahaha. I remember I was only starting round 7 at 7:56am… Everyone took pretty long!
