10 x 2 front squat [3x 65.4kg, 3x 69.4kg, 4x 74.4kg]

WOD

3 rounds :30 ME, :30 easy on assault bike (i.e. 3 min)
50 pull ups
3 rounds :30 ME, :30 easy on assault bike (i.e. 3 min)
50 KB swing [(24kg)]
3 rounds :30 ME, :30 easy on assault bike (i.e. 3 min)
50 GHD

Thankfully the assault bike was only 3 min each time lol. I got slower with every set of assault bike :P I was doing ME at close to 70 rpm for the first set and it was only about 60 rpm in the last set hahaha.
