Strength day. (actually quite tiring to keep typing the same wod LOL)
My lats and upper back are so achy and tight today T_T Must be all those pull ups and KB swings yesterday (and the lack of rolling/stretching LOL).
EMOM back squats –
5:00 5 reps [55.8kg, 4x 60.8kg]
5:00 3 reps [3x 69.4kg, 2x 74.4kg]
5:00 1 rep [2x 78.5, 2x 83.5kg, 88.5kg]
10:00 EMOM – 10 RDL [(125#)]
Legs and back shagggg.
Bench press [33.6kg to 51.8kg] – yay finally can do it unassisted; PR!
Deadlift [69.4kg to 92.1kg (2 reps)]
Tried 97.1kg for my 1 rep deadlift… got it off the ground but my legs just wouldn’t move anymore/cannot lock out, so I dropped it T_T
