4 x 3 snatch high pull [2x 51.8kg, 2x 55.8kg]

WOD

2 rounds –
21 wall balls [(6kg)]
18 burpees
15 pull-ups
12 hang power snatch [(85#)]

Wod was quite shiok cos pretty chill :P Not too difficult movements!

Showered in hub again after quite a long time hahaha. Cos off to JB for the day! :D
