Woke up feeling so sleepy >< But managed to drag myself out anyway haha.

Warm-up

I think I only did 9 rounds. Saw that everyone was more or less done so I just stopped too lol.

Strength

7 x 3 back squat [57.7kg to 80.4kg]

WOD

4 rounds –
3:00 AMRAP “Macho Man” (i.e. 3 power clean + 3 front squat + 3 push jerk) [(95#)]
3:00 rest

Managed to do 3 rounds of macho man and 3 power cleans each round. Quite shag.
