Warm-up

Run 1 lap after each round (prolly ~80m or smth)

Strength/skill

5 x 3 push jerk [42.7kg to 55.8kg]
5 x 2 BTN push jerk [42.7kg to 2x 55.8kg]

WOD

5-4-3-2-1 rope climbs
After each round, 10-cal bike and 10 DB snatches [(20kg)]

Shag. Rope climbs were the worst; as usual ><
