Strength day. I was superrrr tempted not to go. I even shut my crossfit alarm and turned on the one for going to work lol. But I felt kind of awake (these few days have been weird cos I wake up at a similar time to the alarm without the need for the alarm to wake me up – if you get what I mean)… so decided to just go. I won’t be going on Sunday anyway.
Did the squats as usual.
15:00 EMOM back squats –
5:00 5 reps [3x 60.4kg, 2x 64.9kg]
5:00 3 reps [2x 69.4kg, 3x 74kg]
5:00 1 rep [79kg, 4x 83kg]
10 x 10 RDL [55.8kg] – did 8 reps for 3 of the sets ^^”
10 x 10 bench press [65#] – did this last and only managed 8 sets before gtg
6-5-4-3-2-1 deadlift [69.4kg to 88kg (2 reps)]
Tried for 92kg for 1 rep but failed lol. Idk why so weak today?! Even tried to get the rep twice but both failed D: Maybe it’s cos did it imm after RDLs…?
