Today’s workout was quite ok. But really, my open callus is still quite painful :( Yeah, it’s a callus now, not exactly blister haha.

Warm-up

5 x 10 split jerk footwork drills [15kg]

Strength/skill

5 x 3 front squat @ 80% [60.4kg]

5 sets –
1 power clean + 1 push press + 2 push jerk + 3 split jerk [40kg, 44.1kg, 3x 49.1kg]

WOD

5 rounds –
10-cal row
30m sprint
10 power clean [(105#)]

Took 18-19min.
