Took about half an hour to finish! Surprisingly faster than yesterday’s wod. The deadlifts already started to feel heavy for me at the 12-6-9 round. Started using alternate grip then. It’s been AGES since I used alternate grip and omg it made a hugeee difference! I even managed to string up to 5 reps for the 195# deadlift once hahaha. That’s really about 90% of my 1 RM ><
