8 x 2 back squat [60.4kg to 88.5kg]

Snatch (squat) –
4 x 3 @ 70% [37.7kg, 2x 42.7kg, 45.2kg]
3 x 1 @ 80-90% [46.8kg, 51.8kg, 55.8kg]

Tbh, didn’t really follow the % (as usual lol). And I’m so glad I managed to hit my current PR of 125# (55.8kg) again!! :D :D

3 x 3 snatch high pull [55.8kg, 2x 60.8kg]

WOD

3 rounds –
HS walk [did lateral wall walks the length of rig]
50 DUs
10 pull-up + 10 ring dips (rx: 5 MUs)

All my weak/cannot do movements T_T Thankfully it was only 3 rounds, so bearable… ^^”
