CF log 10/04/17 (Mon)

I am gonna be determined and go back to 5-6 times of cf per week. I think I’ve been going 4x a week too often now; needa get back to 5!! :P

Strength/skill

7 x 3 squat snatch [35kg to 46.7kg]
5 x 5 front squat [54.3kg to 2x 69.4kg]

WOD

3 rounds –
10 deadlift [(175#)]
10 burpee box jumps
10 hang power clean [(105#)]
10 strict HSPU

Took about 20min, but didn’t do full range of motion for HSPUs cos strict >< Tried to use just one ab mat + thin head mat height but I don’t think I got low enough to touch the mats for most of the reps :P Strict HSPUs are still a WIP ><
